Along with our goal of keeping you informed about community events and administrative information - we encourage property owners to reach out and become friends as well as neighbors. We are committed to building a strong and thriving community for all our owners.

Our mission is to create a safe, welcoming and vibrant community for all Texas Grand Ranch property owners. We strive to provide exceptional service to our community members; and to foster a sense of community spirit and pride.
SERVICES YOUR DUES PROVIDES
Your annual dues fund a wide range of services to ensure the smooth operation of our community. These include maintenance of common areas, enforcement of community covenants and regulations, community events, and more.

Located in beautiful East Texas, TGR is nestled between the lush woods of Sam Houston National Forest and the Huntsville State Park. Secluded, yet only 30 minutes from Huntsville shopping to the north or the variety of great food and top tier medical centers to the south.

Custom-built homes are part of the community. These beautiful houses complement the natural beauty of the forest.

Property owners reaching out and getting to know one another makes TGR very special. “Acts of kindness” are part of the culture because residents care for each other and the community. Neighborhood camaraderie is clearly seen through our volunteerism, community involvement, and neighborhood support.
How is the community run?
Voting
Voting is an integral part of our community and keeps dues in control, streets paved, taxes fought and the community safe. Every vote is important especially when quorums are required to make changes. With a quorum requirement, voting is necessary.

IMC
Texas Grand Ranch uses IMC Property Management to provide financial services, conduct supplier bidding, assist with POA documents, coordinate ARC requests, etc. Additionally, the IMC website (Vantaca) is where you will pay your annual POA dues and find TGR legal documents.
Committees & Subcommittees
The Board has established various Committees and Subcommittees to expedite and improve performance in the following areas:
ARC approvals, Communications and Infrastructure Services and Solutions. Members of these
subcommittees are volunteers from the community, vetted and approved by the Board.
